Eating @ night causes depression, insomnia, stomach problems, and obesity. Cut bad habits bro. When you sleep with a full stomach, your body may be wasting a few calories trying to digest it. But that is nothing compared to the amount of fat iit is processing through your body. Eat in a 3 to 4 meal scheduled properly (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and if you're hungry in between, eat light snacks. But not at night. Stop eating after 10.
