Instead of addressing the argument it's self he prefers to use the logical fallacy argument and then ignore what you said entirely. It's really quite annoying. but if I type like this, it annoys him just as much. Things just start getting silly, and I like silly.

Rocks? You can't use rocks! They are indigenous to the state and therefore are sacred relics that can not be disturbed, for they may have been stepped on by an ancient pre-Californian making them artifacts owned by the state. You can only hug them.
