We don't handle human conditions mental or physical by inconveniencing or affecting other people's lives, why would transgendered people get a special exception? If you look like a girl then use the girl's bathroom, if you look like a guy use the guy's bathroom. Just use a stall either way and the problem is solved.
If she looks like a girl and they pulled her out then that would be considered inappropriate.

That's kind of flawed reasoning. If a guy looked like a girl is it safe to let him in the women's washroom? By changing the rules to one group you're allowing all sorts of stuff to possibly happen.
