In Fallout 1, if you have an intelligence of 1, you literally cannot understand the dialogue of >90% of the ingame characters. You can just about blunder your way through the main quest, but the details of it escape you. If you have a charisma of 1, say goodbye to speech checks. You want to find out where the antagonist is hiding? Well, get moving, the game won't give you any hints!
