I'm going to go with Winter Contingency. I just loved the map and especially the vistas it had and the ride in the Falcon, even though it wasn't anything special really. Plus, awesome cutscene.
Close second is Sierra 117. I adore that level.

The only part of Sierra 117 I personally liked was the end segment where you have to rescue Johnson because the design of that part of the map was devoid of linearity and combat could be approached in a number of different ways.

That was a pretty great final stretch to be honest. But I just loved the map because it was Halo in a jungle. And back then, the jungle was gorgeous.

It was beautiful, yes, but just like 343 GS and BioShock's Arcadia, it just felt too crowded and lumpy. It worked well for 343 GS, to be fair. And it actually wasn't too bad in H4's Infinity, probably because default sprint ensured the spaces would be larger.
