It doesn't matter either way for me.
IMHO, we arrogantly place way too much value on individual human lives anyway. Just by way of example, the ONLY reason to willingly give up your own life that most of Western society acknowledges as being honorable or noble is in order to (directly or indirectly) save another human life or lives.
I'm not a violent person at all, but I don't value every human life above everything else that happens in this universe. Personally, I think it's a narrow-minded way of looking at the world.

Well yeah, but that doesn't lessen the value of human lives. I place equal value on many other things but that's because I value them highly.
