Jungles on Venus?

Okay I'm hoping someone could enlighten the subject, but what I don't understand is how Venus, which currently lacks the capability to support life, suddenly have the ability to sprout growth? The only understanding I can think of is: anything can happen in the future. Anyone?

  • Venus is incredibly hot. Hotter than mercury, which is closer to the Sun. This is because of the thick clouds and atmosphere that traps heat inside. Furthermore a day on Venus is longer than its year! We can expect the game to be day for most of its year and night for a couple of months. Since this is a Mythic Science Fiction video game and supposedly humans have used the power of the traveler to terraform planets, we can't really question the "realism" of the Jungles on Venus. It would honestly require major changes to the planet's atmosphere and to its terra. Here's the irony I see in the Destiny universe. Humans would actually have an easier time terraforming Mars than Venus. Yet we see Mars as a dead Desert wasteland and Venus as this beautiful tropical garden world. Of course Mars has a much weaker gravitation field and Venus has one closer to Earth's, therefore, this could be the reason why the planet remains a wasteland.
