I believe this counts as a general interview for the most part by Destiny aficionados, but DeeJ gives a very not-obscure clarification regarding the "2/3 the size of Reach" quote from the earlier comment by Pete Parsons starting from 13:05. I will quote this now:
There has been a statistic rolling around in our studio that Pete Parsons finally let slip in an interview where he said that some of the destinations that you will visit playing this game are 2/3 the size of all the geometry we created for the campaign of Halo: Reach.
Of less informational importance, DeeJ's remarks starting from 5:50 offer a neat little introspection into the nature of the Guardians' work in this universe that I don't believe was ever made absolutely certain. We, as Guardians, will be the vanguard (note: not capitalized to dissociate with the possible Vanguard term as Bungie will use it) of the Last City. The spirit of leaving the view of the Traveler is meant to be one of growing uncertainty and danger. We are the first to go to Mars, Old Russia, or any other location to discover and report back.
