Any FPS enthusiast/enjoyer will completely dissagree with you. ADS is a) Realistic for people who want to hit their targets b) Becoming a standard feature in FPS games and c) Is common sense. Bungie have needed to include ADS for a long time now but couldn't with Halo without an uproar.

I'm sorry, but you couldn't be more wrong. FPSs started as arena shooters, and if you consider that the "enthusiasts" started on day one, a lot of them think old school is best school. However if you took the time to read you would understand that there are at least two viable types of FPSs, including those with ADS which can be great. To call ADS the new gold standard, is a really silly thing to say.

Name a decent FPS which has come out this year that doesn't have ADS
-
How sad for the gaming industry that I can't, but Counter Strike: Go released within the year.
-
Ah yes, I forgot about that one. Tbh I honestly prefer ADS, it's nice to be able to have a little more prescision when you need it most
-
Agreed, ADS may not be my favorite thing in the world, but once again we can't have everything we want, so it is something I have learnt to accept.
-
It's something that people simply have to do in real life, that's why I accept it :)

Very true!
