What about it? He should be charged, it's no different if he was operating illegally under the influence of alcohol or certain prescribed medication. This doesn't mean marijuana should be banned or stay banned. If he was drunk would you be asking to prohibit alcohol?

Uh, no It's not like no one has never drank on the job I'm not saying not do it, but I'm saying that there are negatives, not just positives, to doing it
-
Of course, yet it could be argued that the positives outweigh the negatives. If legalized, it would join the same regulations as other legal substances. There are negatives to many legal substances as it is and marijuana would really be no different.
-
positives out weigh negatives
...nope. of course stoners can't into logic that it's still a drug and still bad for humans.
-
Except not all drugs are bad for you, alcohol and cannabis in moderation are beneficial to health. How is cannabis bad for you?
-
That article is a bit weighted to one side. It has fair points but lacking other solid points about marijuana. As well, when did I ever argue any of that? Oh, and I'm not a stoner, btw. And please state where I said it had no bad side effects?

True beans My little comment after the link was meant to be taken as a joke mostly, but eh, I honestly keep forgetting that my sarcasm doesn't work here
