You can only share games with people who have been on your friend's list for 30 days
The above image is part of an email that GameStop emailed me about the Xbox One and about Microsoft's vision for it.
Not only can you only let 1 other person borrow your game, but that person had to have been on your friend's list for at least 30 days.

Yeah, that doesn't seem like a hugely impact-full limitation.

I see no problem with this. Give a friend that has been with you on LIVE for a while, the game, then opposed to someone who has been on for a day. This could also be a trust thing as well.
