It always makes me laugh when people say all Brits have bad teeth. Sure, a lot do, but the same goes for Americans. This works in reverse too: a lot of Brits stereotype Americans as being obese, and while the obesity rate in the US is high, it's also high in the UK, Australia, etc. I'd agree that Brits are ruder than Americans. And lastly, xenephobes? Sure, so are a lot of Americans. Hell there's a huge number of people the world over who are xenophobic.
Stereotypes are bullshit and often inaccurate.
