Do you in your own opinion believe that the company known as Game Stop at all has a slight monopoly over video games as one of the few country wide video game specialty stores still around?

If there was anything that could of led to a monopoly, the SEC would of not of approved of it. They did without any hesitation. There is just too many alternatives to buying both new and used video games at the national, regional, and local levels that compete with Gamestop to the point where they can't control policy and prices across the whole industry.
