Yes, yes and more yes....i dont wanna have to take 5 minutes to type out a WTS whatever weapon 10 times in chat...
Its much much more efficient to put it up for auction and be able to go and get shit done than stand there for 45 minutes trying to sell something.

I see your point on time consumption and I agree that sitting and waiting instead of going out and exploring the game is a real pain. Are you familiar with the Grand Exchange in Rune Scape? It may be a better substitute for and Auction House.
