As a worker who works in the Sporting Goods at Walmart, I'm with you on that one. Right now we have a 3 box per person per day limit on ammunition, and we still cannot keep anything on the shelves aside from magnum rifles loads and .30-06 and .270. The problem is we can't get much of anything in, and when we do, there's folks waiting in the morning when we stock the shelves at 7 am to buy everything they can get. The same crowd of people are there religiously every damn morning. I work there and I can't even grab a brick of .22., and I have access to the ammo. It pisses me off. I want to go plinking :'{

actually, they probably do, but they're hoarding it. crazy, huh?

LOL this an awful video. Following the company mandated limit isn't 'reserving' ammo. For most stores, this video is a lie. The store can e-mail you when we get something in, but unless you're there when they stock the shelves, you're SOL. If you call and ask if we have an item in stock, we give you it's status, but we are not allowed to hold an item for some moron on the phone who will get here God knows when, when we have a person actually in the store wanting ammo. Also, when we get a truck in the evening, the truck is checked in and everything on the truck is then counted as 'ON HAND" items, even though it's still on the truck. It takes a while to get on the shelves. I say all this because I'm -blam!-ING TIRED of customers coming into my store and getting into my face about their belief that I'm hoarding ammo, holding it for other people, clubbing baby seals to death behind the counter, and every other bullcrap insult and accusation that I get every morning. TLDR: Dude in the video is an idiot.

I saw people lined up out side the bass pro this morning. From what the guys on Calguns.net say, there is a mad dash to the ammo isle every morning. All to sell it at exuberant prices on gun broker.

Those folks are why we go to gun shows and see bricks of .22 selling for $85.... and people are actually buying it. *face1911*

Made me lol, I actually went to the last Gun show we had. Aside from being a ghost town, there was one dude selling a box of Remington golden bullets. Claimed he had the best price in the show. I looked at the box and noticed it was beat to hell, looks like it was sat on or something. Then I saw the price, 90 bucks. I laughed, and walked off, and commented to my dad, "Best price at the show because he is the only one with any left with that price."

those F***faces are why there even appears to be a shortage. manufacturers haven't ramped up/ and yet there should be no shortage. and when/if they stop? because ignorance made people tolerate the bite the pillow going in dry prices, the assrap3 prices will be the new standard prices because "the market will bear it"

The moment the idiots wake up and realize that they are the reason that the the douche on Gunbroker just sold then a box of 555 .22s for 80 bucks, is the moment the problem will end. I have no faith in Humanity, they won't stop buying it.
