Who has the right to demand that they search through what is stored on my phone? My school (a state run grammar school) has recently brought in a new phone policy that allows then to search my phone if they think they have reasonable grounds to do so. I disagree.
Anyone? Please back up your reply with sources.

It's an invasion of privacy and is bad because you could be taking pictures of your cock/vagina and your anus and then they'd see it and they'd accidentally do paedophilia which'd not be good so they can't look at your phone because it's -blam!- of a child. Logic? No, privacy is more important. Just tell him that you can't let him look at it because you have photos of a 13 year old girl's genitals on it.
