I wonder how this applies in a place like Iraq. When the brown people in Iraq bomb other brown people in Iraq, do the brown people in Iraq suddenly think the brown people of Iraq are going to suspect their fellow brown people of terrorism simply because they're brown?
Or maybe this has nothing to do with skin color?

hmmm, I guess it comes down to the majority. Just like it has always been. The minorities will always get the short end of the stick.
