It was totally acceptable to cheer the death of Osama bin Laden, so I don't see the problem here. They were both 'evil' in their own ways.

  • One was seen as a terrorist that destroyed the Twin Towers while the other was seen as a very good Prime minister who helped end the Cold War, The good friday agreement and taking back the Falklands all while getting Britains economy back on it's feet. However because of her the country is suffering, communities suffered when she closed industries, unemployment skyrocketed people struggled to survive while London and the south boomed the North suffered. This recession is part of her legacy and it will be felt for decades to come, which is why she is praised by those around the world but hated by the people that live in the country.
