This is GREAT info man. U put a lot of effort into this.
I have a question
On Nightfall, When the first covy ship drops off the 2 elites on the opposite end of where you encounter the rebels. If you use camo and wait in the water, you'll notice a splash in the water on the opposite side of where the 2 elites exit. Is this anything?? Secret Camo B.O.B. maybe? I see this everytime I play the level.
After I grab the RL I head to hide in the water while the covy ship drops in.

Not sure if this will answer your question, but here's the BOB Video Guide I made for that level: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0KPGg4QITxU It sounds like you're either seeing BOB 25 run into the water before he disappears, or just a random splash in the water from a droplet or something. If you can, try to get a screenshot or video!

Yup saw this one. Watched them all over the past 2 days. I'll see if I can get a screenshot of what I'm talking about. I mean it LOOKS like somebody landing in the water after they jump out of the Phantom Thnx
