I need help to get fit. My brother moved out, cause he went to college and all, and he left his Barbell and dumbbells at home. I want to be strong like him. Can you guys come up with some kind of routine or whatever that only involves barbells and dumbbells and body weight? Any other tips would be awesome!

Push a boulder up a mountain every day. When you reach the top, kick it down the slope, and walk back down. Sleep on the boulder at night. Each anything you can forage or kill along the way.
