Do you think the government wants citizens to have any power for themselves? The government will keep making gun control stricter and stricter until it is impossible for ordinary citizens to own guns.
The proposed liability insurance mandate is an example.

Australia.

You must have failed world history.
-
No... AP History.

There's either AP World History or AP US History. Considering you didn't specify which, you're probably unaware of the difference. Nice try idiot. You still fail to apply any knowledge assuming you're not lying.

Edited by Gruntzilla24: 4/7/2013 2:32:37 AMAP World History, and Honors US History the year before. I don't have to prove it to some asshole online. Still though, what am I supposed to apply? If you're such a fackin historian, maybe you can give me an example.

Edited by SkeletonPack: 4/9/2013 4:08:13 PMYou are aware that everyone except Jews were allowed to own firearms in Germany circa 1930's/40's, right? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gun_politics_in_Germany#The_Third_Reich.27s_Discrimination_Policy_.26_1938_German_Weapons_Act

Yeah, which was my point. You seem to be the only one who couldn't deduce that.
-
Your point was that Germany had weapons? Looking over the conversation, I really don't see how that could be the case. Am I missing something here? I have to be misreading something somewhere.

There's a crime rate in N. Korea?

Then you would also know that the german people supported Hitler, and if they had guns, they probably would have hunted Jews themselves. And you're probably going to say "Well if the Jews had guns, the Holocaust wouldn't have happened". Again: wrong. The German Army would have steamrolled over them, and how many Jews would have even been WILLING let alone ABLE to fight? By the way, there WERE armed resistance movements. They didn't stop the holocaust. Historical examples don't belong in this discussion.

Don't put words in my mouth when I haven't even address your point yet. Some Jews did have guns and held off during liquidations, but I'll agree with you that the Germans would have taken them out anyway. Also, a lot of people in Berlin didn't support Hitler, however the majority of Germany did. My point wasn't even in regards to the holocaust, it was in regards to gun restrictions during the rise of the third Reich.

No one will buy it. And if anyone forces them to buy it, they'll probably get shot. xD
