No. A "high" is defined as a euphoric state; operating out of normal. As I am not in one, I am not high. You are simply trying to argue semantics to sounds deep and thoughtful.
You cannot refute my logic, "normal" is subjective. You're high on oxygen and you know it. Only when you're hypoxic is when you see the world as it truly is, as it's no longer under the effects of oxygen.

You can do dozens of tests on thousands of people and find trend lines that dictate standard blood oxygen levels, dopamine levels, serotonin levels, brain signal strengths and locations and determine what is "normal" and that you're still just trying to be clever.
