He's an ordinary dude, and I think that's the image he tries to portray. If we judge him as "successful" and "special" then we separate him from the rest of us, the population. If we see everyone's creative abilities as special, then we can really start to create a "family" environment like Bungie has. Jason Jones isn't "cool" he's normal, and that's the coolest thing about him.
