There was a similarly robed Elite in Halo too, in The Last Voyage of the Infinite Succor. I like that there are recurring designs.

I suppose it's an easy comparison to make with those long flowing robes. Something interesting that was pointed out to me in a PM Conversation by Carlo was that the Hive to the direct right of the Hive Leader has four arms. I always assumed that the Hive were more like desiccated and mummified aliens, but here they seem to have a four armed member which implies that said dude was once Fallen.
