I'm assuming that it's this one, a micro ATX. I have an msi ATX motherboard, with a 92mm Zalman cooler. I keep it at the lowest (~ 1300) RPM and it's fairly quiet . . . I'd say about the noise-level that a 2009 Xbox 360 would make when not playing a game. Slightly less than that. It's difficult to judge when I have four other case fans. And it functions well enough. I'm not the most tech-minded person, but I think it's around 50C. My PC's yet to catch on fire. The question would probably be whether it would fit in your PC. 92mm is quite large, but as you can see it is an inch or two of space between the cooler's edge and the motherboard's surface, due to its circular shape. Referring to my MSI board, I have four sticks of that really popular 2GB Gskill RAM on the right-side of the cooler (the cooler's oriented with the fanblades parallel to the top 120mm PC case fan. The 92mm blows air into the 120mm, which blows air out of the case). There's a centimeter or two of space between the cooler's edges and the edge of the closest RAM stick. It'd be easier with a side-view picture of the inside of your PC.
