In the demo there's only 2 "leaders" they are Cutter and Regret
Humans are all the same (Cutter, Forge, Anders) except they have a super unit that's unique, a super power that's unique, and a special trait). Covenant leaders are all the same except for their special unit and the leader themselves

-Super Power - Mac blast (up-gradable to 4x)
-Super Unit - ODST (droppable)
-Trait - All bases start 1 tech level higher than standard
-Unit - Elephant
Forge
-Super Power - Carpet Bomb (upgradable to a super carpet bomb)
-Super Unit - Grizzly Tank (dual main cannons and tougher)
-Trait - Supply pads start at upgraded pads (cost 225 instead of 100+225)
-Unit - Cyclops, they're exoskeletons that repair units and rip apart buildings
Anders
-Super Power - Cryo bomb, freezes units, kills most air units, makes buildings weaker (upgradable to super cryo which is larger)
-Super Unit - Hawk (Gauss carrying Hornet thing)
-Trait - Upgrades are half off (except for Hawk and Super Cryo as mentioned by Camnator)
-Unit - Gremlin, they use EMP to disable vehicles they hit (only ground based units)
Covenant
Regret
-Can control him and use a glassing ability
-Comes with elite honor guard
Arbitor
-Can control him and attacks units and is difficult to hit
-Comes with suicide grunt squad
Brute
-Can control a vortex thing that gets more powerful the more it kills
-Comes with brute squad armed with brute shots

(1v1, 2v2, 3v3) + more gamemodes. You only had "standard" in the Demo, but now you also have Deathmatch + there is a (still active) multiplayer mode

Forgot about the chopper, it was late and I was tired. Completely forgot about the gamemodes and didn't feel like going over the maps (I don't know the names of most of them and only know a few 1v1 maps)
