I think people completely do not understand what are actually rights, and what are just privileges.

Because generally, minorities are not in the same socioeconomic position as whites.

So there weren't public lynchings of black people? There weren't 'White's Only' establishments? There weren't Jim Crow laws? There weren't poll taxes and various forms of comprehension tests performed designed specifically to bar poor blacks from voting? I don't know if I should laugh or cry.

Yep. I actually had LESS opportunies to be successful being white and coming from a poor neighborhood.
