You should do more than just biceps (and arms). Only doing a few exercises is a bad idea, aesthetically and medically.

Holy shit, I didn't even say that was the ONLY muscle I worked out lol. I was just wondering how often should one train their bicep.

Oh, carry on. In that case, you can probably do it a few times a week, but you don't want to overdo it. If you have an actual schedule then you can train one set on one day and alternate. I mix up working out with running, so I never work the same muscles twice in a row.
