I don't know if you can't tell but Bungie is a company made up of a large number of people. Therefore it's are.
When trying to correct Grammar, don't be a complete idiot.
When you're talking about a group of people, the pronoun has to be plural in order to use 'are'. For example, you wouldn't same "my family are happy"; you would say, "my family [i]is[/i] happy". Same goes for company names and the like.
Pretty much any grammar source you check will say that either way is correct, but that you can usually just avoid using them as the subject. For instance, in this case, the OP could've said "Bungie employees" instead of just "Bungie" and that would've made it clearer.
