For the first part, you've just got to take a derivative and plug in 20. It isn't a very complicated derivative, there's a constant that will zero out, and the second term is just the power rule. Interpreting the derivative isn't too hard either, just remember that the derivative is a rate of change. Think of your units when you find the slope of a line for this graph. For the second part, you have to find the average rate of change between W(60) and W(5), then set the derivative equal to that and solve for v. Let's see how far that gets you.
