Nope. Still looks like classic aiming mechanics.
Judging by the reticule, that is.

Because no other game with ADS have the option to fire from the hip... I'd imagine aiming will be ADS style and firing from hip could maybe me modified with weapon mods to be accurate.

I'm not saying that ADS games don't have hip-fire. The reticule looks like it was designed to work like Halo; it looks very similar to a Halo reticule. It could still be possible to have ADS, though.

Fair point, that reticule reminds me of the storm rifle for some reason. Although since we have no idea what the weapon was, for all we know it could of been a shotgun.
