Now would be the time for Bungie to plain out say no and not get everyone's hopes up.

That's not really neccessary. From the way I've created the OP and from the comments, I think we've made it clear that this is more of a wishful thinking / fingers crossed sort of deal than "EVERY SIGN SHOWS THAT THIS MUST BE REVEALED TODAY OR THERE WILL BE HELL TO PAY!"

Edited by Spartan Ken 15: 2/3/2013 7:57:44 PMI think it is the same thing as the VGAs, people kept asking Bungie about it and they didn't address any of the rumors till like during the show, when they could of said like a wekk+ before they weren't coming when people asked. At that time, there was a lot more evidence and speculation. If someone asks if there is something planned for the superbowl, and there isn't, they should just say no. No hurt feelings, no feeling jaded or disillusioned. I doubt anything will be at the superbowl but I can imagine that even an extremely short trailer with the Destiny symbol, soon, and Bungie.net would generate a lot of hype and curiosity for millions of superbowl viewers.

Edited by gestuart88: 2/3/2013 8:07:40 PMIf Deej is watching this thread ^ is a prime example of the editing bug pls fix (You get the lower case j as a sign of disrespect sir... war!) I agree with Hylebos, they shouldn't crush all of our speculation it ruins part of the fun. But at the same time it would be nice to know If I have to watch ALL of the commericals.

They shouldn't feel the need to swoop down and correct us every single time we speculate, that would ruin half the fun. Not to mention, I'm sure DeeJ and the rest of the Community Team are busy enough without needing to be patrolling the forums to prevent harmless speculation.
