If you look at your picture that you show where the crosshair should be the crooshair looks to far up for the weapon. To me it looks a bit stupid where you show the crosshair should be. If you were going to make that look right you would have to move the weapon up a bit on your screen, which would take up a big chunk of the screen, so if somebody was coming from the right it would be harder to see them, you would only notice when they hit you. So by having the crooshair lower you have a better view at your enemies
