The game was rife with glitches and cheaters, though multiplayer was superb and is what got me addicted to Xbox LIVE. Halo 3 was a much more perfected experience. That was the game I spent all work looking forward to getting home and playing every night.

Edited by WurstsaIat: 1/27/2013 10:53:54 PMNah. Halo 3 was just Halo 2.5 with a worse campaign and worse maps. Also: headshots making less damage -> bad.

Edited by Dylan: 1/14/2013 6:15:43 AMWhen there were not cheaters or glitches, I enjoyed Halo 2's multiplayer far more than any subsequent Halo game. Halo 3 does come close though and was a much more polished consistent experience.

You guys said glitches.

The glitches made it fun (if you weren't online.) and cheaters will cheat no matter what game you play.
-
Yeah, but there were far more opportunities to be a cheater in Halo 2 than in most games, so cheating was more common.

This is true.... unless you count CoD... damn there are a lot of cheaters in CoD....

Hmm, true.
