Just to let you know I cannot speed up the computer until you login to Windows, What is showing up when you start the computer is that it is telling the computer to see what parts are inside and then they respond and say that I'm here, The best way to speed up that part is get more ram you want at least 2GB Or ram for Vista. Now to speed up the computer after Windows Boots is to download [url=http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb963902.aspx]This[/url] then click the logon tab this will show you every program that boots when Windows starts, :-) Important do this at your own risk
