Alright does EXP have and inpact on your speed of witch you rank up. Look at my SWAT games I am a 48 and I have 130 exp and 5 wins on the 48 and they are all in a row and b4 i had thoes 5 wins I lost one and ranked down but then I won one more and ranked up so I should get my 49 like in 2-3 wins if I am not misstaken.
