I feel like both these exotics have way too much in common. I know C.O.T. got a bit of a rework but honestly F.S. needs one as well. Maybe allow it to have the ability to make all arc weapons jolt or get voltshot or play into it's name a little and give it incandescent. Cool looking exotics but they are just rather meh.
