However, based on the description you provided, we recommend double checking you're signing in to the correct Xbox profile, as signing in to a different one on the same console could explain the situation you're describing.

Thank you for the quick reply, it’s a weird one I have 6 accounts 2 on each platform and has not happened before, I have noticed when it happens if I log out then log back in it goes to my proper account.

Hi there, If you are indeed PalWorldGod2337 on a different account, please note that, after checking both of these accounts that have posted so far, they appear to be completely separate according to our system. Based on this, it's likely that, as theorized before, you're signing in via different Xbox profiles. On that note, could you try signing in via your different profiles to see if they correspond to different Bungie accounts? Please keep us posted.

Thank you i should have taken note of the one that does up all that I remember it hasn’t done anything on destiny I only noticed because I was putting a comment to someone and it said I had to reach a certain level or get to the tower.
