Why bother with a "canned" response? Even the simplest 12 year old playing the game already knows everything you said in your response. Bungie Help can't be bothered with a real answer that shows thought and investigation, just stay silent. At least the silence is directly disrespectful, rather than trying to seem respectful while obviously not being.
