Xur?
How do you all feel about Xur at this point?
Imo his offerings are lacking on a weekly basis...
I used to be so hype to see what he had for us...
Now, it's just a weekly routine of checking him out just in case...

Mainly deepsight harmonizer bounties. 5 bounties = 5 Harmonizers. Easy bounties that just require you to shoot enemies with certain guns that's it. No crucible or raid stuff or some tedious bounty that requires to win 5 crucible matches or get 500 kills with your super. Let's keep it simple 👍

A xur engram that can potentially drop any item in the game.... And dedicated harmonizers for 100 coins a cypher one alloy and a prism...

It's nice that he hands out unobtainable weapons that are still somewhat desirable and material though.

1 ReplyPretty much the fate of any vendor in any game. You're geared to the point they're just for checking from time to time. I have advanced weaponry vendor unlocked in the division and they're pretty much inferior compared to stuff I got from resistance or dark zone, it's just there for me to check when I remember that place exists when I'm in the base of operation

1 ReplyXur is a great source of goodies for NLs / Returnees…exotic gear / weapons / catalysts, and Class items, and materials. For those of us that have been around a bit, most of Xur’s stuff is old hat. Occasionally, there’s an odd item worth getting, an old weapon or such, or on the odd occasion that DSHs are available or another Hawkmoon - just to spend the coin to get the weekly coin buff…😁 Otherwise, Xur is mostly Xurplus to requirements! However, it could be so much better, eg, add raid/dungeon stuff from past seasons, and then the queues would be around the block! 🥳🤩 That is all. Ease Things! 🖖👻 MTFBWY

Another pointless npc now . PvP was the only thing keeping me playing d2 and now PvP is just not worth playing . Bungie need to L pull the plug on d2 asap .

here's what I did at Xur today (over 200 coins some stored in weekly pass and event pass): I picked up Riposte, Warden's Law, glimmer (I am always need... ghost mod does jack squat), cores, rest in weapon strange engrams > only kept 2 sidearms (seventh seraph si-2 and the vision) ...I have poured coins into those strange weapon engrams and it has never ever popped out any trials, comp or old nightfall style weapon... I honestly think Bungie doesn't even know the engrams dont have that weapon loot.. and it shouldn't even exist there > it should be with the vendors so we can earn it by playing... or be in separate engrams we can see the loot pool for... Xur is... not fully realized.. and the reason I had so much coin is mostly cause I dont go and buy at Xur again the whole week sometimes... I may not play so want to have some coin, like you say, just in case... coins/glimmer seem nerfed not complaining just accepting that no one is working on this game and I have to eek out the value for me... -
