On the character page it shows my gernade at 160. It looks like it goes up to 200 with my build/perks, and I know 200 is the max stat. My question is does the extra build/perks that make up the extra (its green) max it out, or does getting 200 on the main stats build max out at 200 and any perk/build extra add on. Thanks!
