It was because she was loyal. The Awoken are supposed to be a meritocracy, Petra ensured there would be no dispute, protest, or contest to Mara retaking the Throne again.

Are you sure you are referring to my post, bc I never made any claims for/against Moyra. She might be bad, like I said in my prior response "I really don't know". Basically, I am not taking any sort of stance where Moyra is concerned.
