The Adventure flags in the Pale Heart are completely inaccessible to me, and in addition despite having completed all of the Adventure missions, collected the Synchronicity triumph, and progressing both the "Lost in the Light" and "Found in the Dark" quests to completion [i]and[/i] gaining both Ergo Sum and Relativism, my Prismatic Hunter does not have their Magnetic Grenade unlocked. The grenade is not sold from Ikora. When I attempt to re-launch the mission "Queens, Part I" in order to try and regain my grenade, the Interact prompt appears to start the mission, but when I hold the Interact button the prompt just disappears, and nothing happens. I seem to be permanently locked out of an entire piece of my character's kit for no stated reason. Has anyone else encountered this issue?
