There was a mention of it on the known issues a while ago with: [quote]Players must complete a run with all Feats active to complete the associated Triumph.[/quote] Its subsequently been removed, so either they've decided they want it to be like this or they're still aware of it but knocked it off the list anyways. Either way - there hasn't been a patch note mentioning it has been fixed or changed.
