Unlinking accounts

I’m having trouble unlinking my old twitch account so I could link up my new twitch account. Even after I put in the authentic factor it still giving me trouble. I don’t know if it’s twitch or bungie but something is giving me issues I can’t figure out. I don’t know if you’ll can unlink it for me but please help me fix this problem
