Is ammo too abundant? For most of destiny your primary was you go to weapon, and you would ration your special and heavy usage on tankier enemies. It's an interesting discussion. You could just buff primary damage, but I think the only people that would use them are the stubborn primary lovers like myself because special is nearly unlimited. I think everything is just out of balance. Everything needs tweaked a bit. Abilities spam and damage have gotten out of hand, but it just needs brought down a little. Bungie only seems to have an axe and not a scalpel. I think they do it on purpose to keep changing the meta, which I am tired of.
