I have completed this quest on all 3 characters already and am rank 5 with 2 of the 3 syndicates. Now the game wants me to pick up the quest again which locks me out of donating to any syndicate until I complete it. Update: if you delete the quest because you have already done it once then you can’t pick it back up! WTH Bungie?!
