"returner player bug"
My friend is a returner player, I've played with him, got the emblem, then delete the emblem on my warlock to use it on my hunter then i can't get it from collection, it doesn't say I don't have it, just the gray color that I can't claim it

Bungie are looking into issues with pulling the tower pamphlet emblem from collections. No ETA on a fix though.
