Honestly, I just want to be able to progress without everything being a sweatfest. I miss bounty challenges. I could just go into any activity with whatever build, crank out like 10 bounties or whatever and get powerful and pinnacle gear. I don't mind doing harder content every now and then but I'd like to just do something at lower difficulty, even if it means my chance at progression or tier 5 gear is severely nerfed. I'm about to hit 500, just hit the point of breaking into defaulted Ultimate level difficulty, and while I have run Ultimate activities in FotL, I'm not looking forward to constantly doing it just to get tier 5 gear and one or two more power.

I wish they would just make all locations and activities drop powerful gear. Doesn't even have to be tiered guns. They could give us the gear from the new loot pool and keep the old guns but let them drop as powerful rewards. Half the weapons I use are older ones anyways. Let us play the strike playlist but not in the portal and let us play on locations . I went to some planets today just to screw around and I saw other players doing public events these weren't just new players they were all different levels. It felt so much better and so much more like destiny than the portal.

Sorry fam. But between Arena Ops and more overall activities in the Portal, it doesn't sound like Bungie is going to call it a failure just yet.
