Thanks for the reply! Unfortunately I was directed to contact the support at Bungie when I tried opening a ticket with Steam.

Is there a workaround so that the other upgrade addons are still purchasable? If not, is there a way I can at least get these duplicate expansions refunded while still purchasing this package? Thanks!
